Each muscle includes the visual referral pattern and point location, plus a written muscle action, referral, origin, insertion, nerve, comments, and audio pronunciation for each muscle. You can choose to view each muscle individually, or use the zones view to see all the muscles that refer into a specific area (or for a specific condition).     The seems very interesting and useful in understanding the muscles of the made. Only now I get the whole point of some issues that I have with the lower back. I also found some videos which might help me with stretching after running. Really nice app!

    Ganske fint - gør hvad den lover. Eneste minus er, at der findes gratis apps, der forklarer musklerne på samme måde. Men her får man til gengæld lidt flere funktioner.
