    Jeg syntes den er god, for di at den motivere en. Jeg bruger den til en slaks, styrke/dags motion. Syntes det er meget godt at man lige kan nå at trække været.Ind i mellem hver øvelse. Og finde en stol frem til nogen øvelser😂 Syntes at det er mega Nice for så behøves man ik og bruge penge på at gå i fitness center😂❤️💪 Har aller rede anbefalet den her app Syntes og så den er og for de at man kan træne på flere svær geds græder. Så den der har ryg skader (som mig),knæskader ,skulder skader,OSV.😂

    So I downloaded this since I wanted to do 7 minute workouts and track it with my Apple Watch, and this app har a companion app for the Apple Watch, right? -wrong! It's nothing more than a glorified shortcut. I opened the app and started a workout from my watch, which only started the workout on my phone. And it didn't even register in the Health app as a workout, which means that my activity rings were barely affected. I did not get either of the 2 things I expected from a Watch App. As a workout instructor with no tracking or Apple Watch support, it works great - but I did not get what I paid for so I can't give it more than one star.
